Leaving a Legacy
During our lifetimes many of us find money is tight and we are not able to support charities as much as we would like. However, when we pass away we may be able to make the gift that we had always intended.
If you would like to remember East Midlands Dog Rescue in your Will there are various ways to include a legacy. It could be:-
- A specific amount (“...I give ‘£ X’ to East Midlands Dog Rescue (registered charity number 112 6112) ...”)
- A particular item (“... I give my ‘Y’ savings account ...”)
- A share of the residue (“... ‘Z %’ of the residue of my estate ...”)
With EMDR being a registered charity, any gift from your Will is automatically free of inheritance tax.
